How to install RadiAnt DICOM Viewer on macOS

RadiAnt DICOM Viewer is designed and tested specifically for the Windows platform.
We do not officially support RadiAnt on operating systems other than Windows.
Technically, RadiAnt can run on macOS using the paid CrossOver Mac software.
However, some features may be unavailable or may cause the program to crash.
To prevent activation issues, you must disable MAC address randomization in your system settings.
