0.50 ? minor bug

Dear RadiAnt

I noticed in the latest 0.50 version a minor bug !

When you zoom or window or pan with a mouse click and drag, the annotation tags dissapear, i thought probably this was not meant !!!

Actually, it was intentional ;-) zooming/windowing/panning is smoother on slower machines.

At some point we'll introduce a settings window to RadiAnt. If you miss annotations during these operations, you'll be able to reenable them.
