The activation error 408 appears when the subscription plan serial number is used for activation of the older version of RadiAnt DICOM Viewer (below 2020.1).

Please download the latest version of our viewer: https://www.radiantviewer.com/download/?src=mbst&f=setup and you'll be able to activate it using your serial number.
