adding new study with drag & drop in the series panel column

I suggest this change of behaviour...
actually if you drag and drop a DICOM folder into RadiAnt GUI it replaces the currently viewed study either if you drag and drop it into the viewing series panel or in the sequence preview left lateral panel.

I think it would be nice to change the latter as pointed out in the description.

if the user wants to append a new DICOM folder to the viewer instead of replacing the currently viewed one, it should drag & drop it in the lateral column rather than in the main viewing panel

We'll certainly consider this. The idea seems interesting.
