Alignment correction in PET/CT fused images

Is there a way to manually adjust alignment (coregistration) in fused PET/CT images? misalignment is very common, specially in the head, lung bases / liver dome, and gastrointestinal tract.

If not available, this would be a very useful feature to consider for future versions.
