Can any of you advise how I can annotate CT scans using RadiAnt? Also, can images be saved to the cloud?

You can use arrows with labels for annotations: https://www.radiantviewer.com/dicom-viewer-manual/arrow.html
However, annotated images can only be exported as JPEG/BMP images. Once you close RadiAnt the annotations disappear.
Direct export to cloud is not possible with RadiAnt.
