I can push images from our PACS server without a problem, and I can search the database, but when I try to download it immediately fails with the very helpful "Error" status.
I have tried every suggestion that I could find on this forum; disabled the firewall, disabled any antivirus, verified the firewall has exceptions for RadiAnt and added a specific Inbound Rule for the Listener port. I've also worked with our PACS server's software support to verify that there is nothing wrong on that side of things.
I am currently using the trial version since I want to make sure this will work in our environment before buying a full version, so I'm not sure if that makes a difference. I am completely out of ideas and just hoping there is something minor I missed since this program is perfectly suited for our needs, IF I can get it to work.
