| Cannot measure CT value of ROI correctly for some DICOM files |

Hi,
Some of my DICOM files display all dark in the "default window", and only when I choose "full dynamic" can it show the images clearly. I want to measure the CT value(HU) of the ROI, but No matter where I draw the ROI, they are all less than 0HU, even measuring bones below -800. Is there any method to measure those special DIOCM images.

Could you possibly share a sample anonymized DICOM file that you have issues with?
