Colormaps

Currently I work with MRI perfusion maps. I want to select the best fusion maps with DSC perfusion and T1+c sequences. I prefer not to use the standard rainbow colormap, but the magma. Where can I find the exact characteristics of these different colormaps? I can only change the colormap by clicking on it, but I still don't know what exactly happens.

The color look-up tables (maps) are presented in the vertical bar showing also the minimum and maximum values assigned to the both ends. No other "exact characteristics" are available.
