copy data from DICOM tags panel

it would be nice that DICOM tags values could be copied from the panel to the clipboard

sorting panel columns by alphabetical order would be nice as well

re-tested in 1.9.2 beta

DICOM tags values can be copied to cliboard (cool)
panel colums alphabetical sorting is not available yet... you can click on the colums headers but nothing happens

beside alphabetical sorting another improvement could be a text search in the DICOM tags panel
