We use Panel PCs with touch screen display. Is it possible to change buttons size with a parameter to permit to have larger buttons?

Currently it's not possible. We could add resizable buttons in the future, however.

+1. larger buttons would be e bless if you use RadiAnt on 4MP or 5MP monitors where the current icons look so small on such hi-res displays.
the same applies to the font size of the menu and items...
on those 5MP monitors it's so hard to read

On Windows 10 RadiAnt's interface is scaled pretty well, you only have the scaling issues in older systems (and the combination of WinXP/7/8 + HiRes display is a pretty rare thing).
We have hi-res display support on our to-do list, however.

well, all my medical equipment runs with Windows7 x64, expecially the syngoPlaza mammographic workstation with 5MP monitors which we bought 4 years ago from Siemens.
maybe brand new workstations comes with Win10 but at least in the last few years ago all the Siemens workstation I have were on Win7.
even 3 years ago when the MRI-scanner workstation hardware was updated, Siemens gave us a Windows 7 machine.
I don't know if other vendors behave differently.
