Deactivation Failure

For more than a month I am trying to deactivate the license for changing computers.
However I receive this deactivation error message every time:

Deactivation error: 506
2018-01-15 14:28:11

Deactivation limit reached for your license.
You will be able to deactivate it in 3 days.

Any hints how I do resolve this issue?

This issue has been already resolved.
