Does RadiAnt have the ability to monitor a specific folder for DICOM files and update the database automatically as new files are added to this directory?

ClearCanvas has an option like this...

it has an "Incoming" folder where it imports to database every DICOM file that is put inside it.

it could be a nice addition to RadiaAnt too
