Hi all,
We just installed radiant in out clinic on a windows 10 Pro computer. I connected it to our PACS system but when I try to download the studies its showing me an error. If I try it multiple times, at some point it starts to download normally. So the connection appears to come at some point but not immediately.
Does anyone have similar problems?

I also have this problem (for months, if not years), on 3 different PCs, connected to different networks. In Radiant, often after clicking on tests in the download list, the message "connecting" is displayed, and after some time the attempt is interrupted and an error message appears. After a few retries, the download usually starts... Interestingly, such problems do not occur when I try to download the same examinations using the Synedra Viewer application (the download starts immediately there). Therefore, in my opinion, two possibilities are possible: either an unusual implementation of the DICOM transfer function on the PACS server side, or on the Radiant side...

Currently RadiAnt does not retry the connection automatically if it couldn't be established. Perhaps in your other viewer the connection attempt is repeated several times. We will be looking into improving this behavior in RadiAnt.

@Thorsten: Do you use "c-move" or "c-get"?
Maybe you want to try the other way round if it makes a difference.
