Downloading from PACS

When a download gets interrupted due to network error.

Same series can not be downloaded, unless application is restarted by closing all windows.
If We are viewing a case, have to wait till then to download again.
A reset mechanism / button to enable the interrupted series download again will be great.

On that node: series download is continuous / linear, if a study get interrupted at 98 % also, entire series needs to be redownloaded. A torrent like download behavior of missing segments will be greatly appreciated.
