Export DICOM series as MP4 in Linux WINE

Export DICOM series as MP4 is a great feature of Radiant DICOM viewer.
This function is performing very well under native Windows environment.
However, it does not work under WINE.
May I know what are the Windows libraries (.dll) needed for the MP4 export function?

I reported the bug here:

mfplat.dll

and here:

bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=48339

wmvcore.dll

I haven't been able to use winetricks to solve the problem, although It might be possible.
