Export edited DICOMs as DICOM

Hello,

is it possible to save/export edited DICOM files.

I want to mark the tumor in the DICOM files and export it in an DICOM or other whole file to use it later in an Deep Learning algorithm.

This work is for my Bachelorthesis.

I would be very happy if someone could help me.
