Just tried this wonderful program and opened my coronarography file. All series (compressed dicoms) open quickly, however image fusion (color scale) doesnt work (grey).
Followed the manual with no result.

I am not quite sure if fusion means making a 3-D model (virtually), but if it is, does this work with DICOMs from MRI scans...?

No, the fusion feature in RadiAnt DICOM Viewer means that one type of image (2D) can be overlaid onto another one. Usually it is a PET series over a CT series.

is there any option to fuse MRI and CT images..?

Fusion only works for series acquired within the same study. So if these MRI and CT are two separate studies, it will not work.

You cannot fuse different studies in RadiAnt. You can only fuse series from a single study. E.g., a pet series with a ct series, or two MRI series.
