Getting closed polygon measurements exported

Hi,

I am doing manual segmentation of some muscle volumes using the closed polygon (currently on a fully functional trial license).

I am analysing multiple muscles on multiple slices of an MRI sequence. What is the best way to get the measurements from the closed polygon into an excel file or text document.

For example I was wondering if I circled all 4 muscles on one slice, go to next slice, circle again, then I wanted to move that cm2 data into excel or word - how do I do so?
