How to backup

I have received a CD-R from the doctor.
In the future this CD-R will be very old and can't be read.
Can you please teach me how to backup this CD-R to Google Drive and external hard disk ?

You can just copy the contents of the CD to a folder on your hard drive. Or compress it to a password protected ZIP archive (you can use 7-zip). You can quickly open such ZIP archive using RadiAnt: https://www.radiantviewer.com/dicom-viewer-manual/open_study_from_a_zip_archive.htm
