How to calculate the range of values on the PET/CT fusion color Scale

I have used this excellent software for a long time, but I am confused about the calculation of the suv value on the color scale. Is it the same as the formula for the measurement calculation? I wonder how this is exact calculated from dicom tags and dicom intensity, looking forward to your reply.

The standard SUVbw formula is used for calculations in ROIs/color scale.
