hello. the radiant program was installed on windows 10. the operating system was upgraded to windows 11. the radiant program worked well, but a week later it requested a license entry. I entered the license number, but the program could not connect to the activation server. I activated it through the site, and the site replied "Activation error: 404

All available licenses are active.
You have to purchase additional license or deactivate your old computer.
"
How do I reactivate the program?

Hopefully you contacted us directly or figure that out earlier :-)

To access your product keys, download links, and manage activations please go to https://www.radiantviewer.com/store/mylicenses/
Please sign in with the email address used when purchasing licenses.
Click "Show activated computers". There you will be able to deactivate your old machine/system.
Click "Deactivate this computer" for the machine you want to deactivate. Then you can activate your new computer/system.

I got the same issue. I run my paid RadiAnt on Mac (using CrossOver). Every time I run the program, there will be a pop-up window asking for the license number. I put my serial number, but the program could not connect the activation server and showed "activation error: 404
All available licenses are active....

Then I did deactivate once which is the same computer that I use RadiAnt. And I could put my license. However, after a couple of days, the pop-up window asking for the license number came back. It bothered me so much. Because I paid for the license, but I couldn't use it.

Please help

When using RadiAnt with CrossOver, please use the latest 2021.1 version, it might give less activation issues with Wine/CrossOver.
Remember that we do not officially support RadiAnt on platforms other than Windows and we warn that some problems can exist.

Hello.
I use one station on my laptop all the time. Today, Radiant asked for a license key, although I didn't change anything, and it didn't log in. Error 404 pops up. I haven't changed my computer and the key is valid.
If I deactivate my laptop, i.e. reset it, will I be able to log in to the same device after a while?
