Image synchronization disabled

The image synchronization feature is disabled for MR images we get from our machine. I have checked the dicom tag and the Image position and Image orientation tags are filled. Synchronization works fine in other viewer. This are the values from the dicom tag.

(0020,0032) DS 2.77151\-128.328\203.181 # 3, 24 Image Position (Patient)

(0020,0037) DS -0.0247788\0.999693\5.88046e-09\-0.0965303\-0.00239263\-0.995327 # 6, 64 Image Orientation (Patient)

I am having the same issue with my mri images. Cannot synchronize
