issue with open a mammography

I saved some mammography DICOM files from CareStream PACS. When I open one of those slice with the latest release of RadiAnt , it returns a pure yellow image without any structure. However as i move across the image, pixel value is correctly displayed at lower left corner display.
I've tried using ITK-SNAP to rule out saving or displaying problems. Each of these slices displays as what it should be, and no additional error is thrown out. So is that a bug of RadiAnt? Or how can I get over this issue. Thanks.
