License transfer

Hi! First of all, thank you to all the developers and supporters of this unparalleled, wonderful app!

I have recently purchased a license for an annual subscription. However, the computer I used crashed, and is no longer redeemable. May I ask if there is a way for me to reuse/transfer the license to a different computer since I cannot deactivate it anymore in my previous (dead) machine?

To access your product keys, download links, and manage activations please go to https://www.radiantviewer.com/store/mylicenses/
Please sign in with the email address used when purchasing licenses.
Click "Show activated computers". There you will be able to deactivate your old machine.
Click "Deactivate this computer" for the machine you want to deactivate. Then you can activate your new computer.
