What is the difference between Evaluation and Licensed version?
Licensed version is cleared for clinical use?

Oh, I see
* RadiAnt DICOM Viewer is not certified as a medical device (there are no FDA/CE-1 or any other certifications for the software).

As you found out, RadiAnt is not certified as a medical product, no matter which license (free or paid) is used.
The difference between paid and free version is that the latter expires every three months and has to be renewed. Also, if you have tested the evaluation version and see that it fulfills your needs, you should buy a commercial license :-)

even if not officially certified RadiAnt is much better than many certified softwares.
certification is just burocratic rubbish.
user feedback is the only thing that counts.

Thanks, Tommy :-) There may come a day RadiAnt will get such certification. However, these things take time and money... Today our focus is on developing, and there are so many features ahead.

No, currently only length measurement is supported.
We will add other measurements later.

We usually sell directly via the online store to our clients in the USA.
If you for some reason prefer to purchase through a reseller, you can contact SHI or Insight.
I have sent you the contacts.
