Good morning, my client has over 9 licenses with your company. We recently just reactivated these licenses.
The issue we are having, for some reason we are having to reactivate these licenses under each user account. When we activate them using the admin account, it is not computed wide, for some reason, it's user-specific. This is a huge issue due to the number of users who use these workstations.
What can we do to resolve this issue so it's activated once and that activate is system-wide?

If an activation is performed with admin privileges, it certainly will be visible for all computer's users.
You can check after activation if the file c:\ProgramData\RadiAntViewer\actg.dat has been created/updated.
Also, make sure the all users have read access to this file.
