LIMITE DE DESATIVAÇÃO

Preciso desativar a licença do Radiant de uma máquina que irei formatar, para posteriormente ativa-la novamente, processo que já realizei outras vezes.

Agora, ao tentar desativar pelo site é apresentado a seguinte mensagem: "Limite de desativação atingido para este computador".

Também tentei desativar diretamente na máquina em questão, mas sem sucesso.
