MPR in many images

I have used in windows7 64bit, the version 1.18.

I tried to build the MPR from axial CT slices of 2002 pieces.
The image is the core of geological boring length of 1m. Size of a single image is 512x512pic.
Images of 2002 pieces of the axial, are loaded, it is displayed.
However, sagittal and coronal images are not only built the first 1000 pieces. 1002 piece of the rest remains in the black screen.

Images of 1300 copies of another subject was constructed MPR correctly.

I wonder I do.
