It could be nice to manage multimonitor configuration (dual monitor at least), when maximized or fullscreen mode is selected.
Then it could be nice also to have possibility to set horizontally the series preview bar.
The skin option in opyions.xml does not work anymore!!

Multi-monitor support is planned some time in the future (like many other features...)
I've just check the blue skin via the <skin><blue>1</blue></skin> setting, and in works perfectly in version 1.9.14

Do you have multiple monitors feature now?

Well, some features that make multi-monitor setups easier on RadiAnt were introduced since the above messages were posted (e.g. duplicating windows, synchronization and reference lines between multiple windows).
However, there is still work to be done before we can call it a proper multi-monitor support.

In fact this is one of two reasons why I'm still holding back myself from recommending RadiAnt for physicians working at professional diagnostic workstations.
In most of the known solutions a simple bypass is used - the viewer window is separated from the browser window and can easily be dragged to another monitor or pair of monitors (it's important that the program should memorize the position in its config settings). The other, simple and easy solution can be placing the browser panel not on the left side, but in the top of screen - then display panels can be splitted symetrically without any specjal efforts.
The second reason (important in Poland) is lack of information about certification as medical product of IIa class - in most of cases requred for public orders. But this is another story...

Keep in mind that RadiAnt is not a professional diagnostic workstation. It is just a DICOM viewer meant to view images of studies that were originally reported on diagnostic workstations. Anyway, we will certainly add a proper multi-monitor support in the future.

Mariusz, our policy is not to comment on the time frames of new features, unless their release is imminent.

Just like DK said, you have to open new window manually and place it on your secondary monitor. No other multi-monitor features exist yet.
