Is it necessary to activate the software for all domain users that access the same PC?

If yes, do you have a solution that automates software activation (I have 350 domain users) ?????

If all users can read from the Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Medixant registry key, then only one activation using administrator account should suffice.
Paid licenses can also be activated using command line, which can be automated: https://www.radiantviewer.com/dicom-viewer-manual/paid-license.htm
