Hi,
I know it's possible to easily configure different PACS locations, but due to the pandemic we've recently acquired a completely separate workplace, which means a separate server, a different listener port and ultimately a different set of AE titles.
Now my question is, does RadiAnt support profiling, or simply multiple configurations for two (or more) sets of ports and AE titles? I've been trying to achieve this via the regular setting of "PACS locations" but to no avail, the moment I change the upper settings (the two cells above the list of locations) we immediately lose connection to one or the other server.

yes, that's an issue for me as well.
Although, my scenario is slightly more different:
I'm roaming between VPN over cable ethernet and WiFi, and my VPN assigns me different IP's inside VPN which requires different AETitle in Radiant.
I use 10.x.x.20 with boskar20 and 10.x.x.12 with boskar12, remote nodes are the same in my scenario.
Although the problem of roaming, changing networks and pacs and different AET/set of remote nodes depending of a network is important - and weasis does this job better, if only You understand DICOM well enough to configure it properly.
At this point I could suggest multiple pacs.xml and giving us command line parameter to pick one once we start Radiant.

Multiple listener profiles are not supported in the current versions.
We'll think about this feature (either concurrent listeners or pre-selected ones).
