no measured values using ELIPSE

I am trying to measure what an ELLIPSE should offer according to manual. However, I am able to draw the ELLIPSE but there are no any measured values displayed. I am using this ELLIPSE on fusion, PET/CT images. Any help is appreciated! Thx!

These are probably secondary capture RGB images. RadiAnt does not show value measurements for such images.
