Hi, recently we've tried to activate a computer that is user by two user (different user, same installation, different dicom node) but don't have success. Can you help us? THX a lot!
scenario:
User1:
Version 2020.2.3
paid version valid until 09/03/2021
working 100%
User2
Version 2020.2.3
license expired (trying renel with different license used with User1 above)
screen loading and dont finish the activation (see: ibb.co/sWp2PFc)

The activation code is stored in registry.
If you activate the license as a user, the code goes to HKCU/Software/Medixant/
If an admin account is used to activate RadiAnt, the code goes to HKLM/Software/Medixant/. Now, if all users can read from this key (HKLM/Software/Medixant/), there should be no need to activate a license for all these users on the PC.
Please make sure that HKLM/Software/Medixant/ is readable by all users and that it actually contains the activation code.
