PETCT SUV

Is there a way or a plan to set the limits for SUV in the color bar? ie be able to click on the bar and set the viewable range from 0 to 5?

Also it would be great to add a spectrum 10 step color bar, then you can start to quantify decreased activity in the brain for dementia cases.

Great Software!!

Thank you for the compliment :-)

Currently you can set the SUV upper and lower limit by changing window settings in the PET series panel (or overlayed series if other modality is fused). In the future we'll probably add a way to faster define specific boundaries.

What kind of 10 step color scale you mean? Can you give specific color values? I've only found a standard PET 20 Step color palette: ftp://medical.nema.org/medical/dicom/final/sup133_ft2.pdf

The 20 step you found from NEMA would work as well. The benefit of doing discrete spectrum values is that it can be used to give increments of change. For example the 20step, then each color change would represent a change of 5%. These types of viewable numerical numbers are valuable for brain work.

The 20 step scale from NEMA will be available in the next BETA (tomorrow).

Hi- love the software. I downloaded the 1.7.7.6670 Beta, but don't see where I can adjust the range of fused images, currently set at 0-2.87, therefore, everything looks hot. Any suggestions?

Hi,

You have to adjust the window settings in a panel with the PET series, the range of fused images will be adjusted accordingly.
