Pixels to mm conversion and (0018,1164) DICOM tag

Hello all,
I have a question regarding calculating the dimensions of an angiogram detector in [mm].
I know that the image is 1024 px x 1024 px. In MicroDicom viewer, it states (see attachment) at the bottom of the window 1024 px x 1024 px (115 mm x 115 mm).
The DICOM tag "(0018,1164) Imager Pixel Spacing" for this image is 0.154\0.154. This is why is was working with a detector size of (1024 * 0.154 = 157.7) 157.7 mm x 157.7 mm before this. I am wondering which one is correct, or what I am missing here.

Many thanks in advance!
Cheers,
Jack

I meant in the Radiant viewer*, also line measurements of the total image give 115[mm] as well.

Thanks!

It's hard to tell without looking at other DICOM tags. This might be cause by the magnification factor which affects measurements.
Please check the "Calibration of measurements" section: https://www.radiantviewer.com/dicom-viewer-manual/length.html
