this week I'll finally install the RadiAnt CD burner version.
a few questions:
1- according to the online guide: The license key file ("license.radiantlic", which name may be changed to "license.rlc" for the sake of compatibility with the ISO 9660 Level 1 file system) must be copied to the "COMMON" folder.
is this "licence.radiantlic -> license.rlc" renaming mandatory?
2- I generated an italian language xml file online and I put it under the COMMON/LANG folder
I've noticed that the only the polish language file is present and is called lang_pl.xml while the generate italian was called language_it.xml
it's necessary to rename it as lang_it.xml as well to make it work? (I've already added commandline instruction to load the italian version in the autorun file)
3- why only the polish language file is shipped in the CD version setup? wouldn't be better to include the more common languages (i.e. english, french, spanish, portoguese. etc. etc.) as well?
4- overlay.xml and keyboard.xml from the desktop version can be used in the CD-version as well? is it enough to copy the keyboard.xml and overlay.xml into the COMMON folder?

1 - this is only relevant for systems that can burn files using 8+3 file format (8 characters file name + 3 characters extension).
2 - again, shorter names are used to be compatible with the 8+3 file format. language_it.xml will also work.
3 - this is due to legal reasons, we would have to commission the translations and have proper documents to be able to include them in the software packages. This is something we will probably do in the future.
4 - right, you can place those files in the COMMON folder and RadiAnt will read and use them.
