New features:
- image transformations (rotation & flip)
- drag and drop DICOM files, folders, zip archives into the RadiAnt window
As usually, a few bug fixes, too.
Let us know if you find any bugs.

will you deliver 0.40 final by the end of July?

Actually, if no bugs are reported, this version will become a release. The next beta scheduled in July will include overlay support.

build number is identical so I wonder if I have to download it again or I can still use the 0.40 RC

It's the same file. The candidate version has just become a full release :-)
