In this beta version there are a few improvements (mostly unrelated to the PACS client feature):
- In series consisting of multiple volumes (sequences), MPR is applied to the volume whose frame is currently displayed.
- Improved display of PET images with small pixel values (especially those without attenuation correction).
- Improved calculation of the default contrast/brightness values for PET images.
- Added dedicated window presets for PET modality (0.5, 1, 2.5, 5, 10, 25, 50 and 100 percent of total dynamic range).
- Fixed MPR and Fusion functionality for special type of PET images (Siemens scanner).
- Improved export of all opened series.
- When the viewer is running and the RadiAnt icon is clicked, the viewer window is restored to the foreground (the restriction of only one instance is still present).

hi there.
I do upgrade without loosing current PACS settings?
may I just install new beta on top of the old or is there any file it's better to backup first?

I'm just curious to know what was exactly causing that and why it was inconstant?

The function responsible for bringing the PACS search window to foreground was not always working correctly (which was most probably caused by some other software that runs on your computer). Now this BringToForeground function can handle such situations better.

Hallo
I noticed a problem in exporting DICOM format in current series or all opened series. The folder with patient name is created, but no files inside. It is working just selecting current image.
Thank you!

Bogdan, yes, we're aware of the problem that you mentioned. It will be corrected in the next release.
Andre, no, the 1.9.16 version does not have PACS client feature. The official PACS client release will be version 2.0 :-)

I am using RADIANT viewer and PACS client from the first version. Fantastic!.
But since the latest PACS client, images recovered from my PACS (IQWeb-X) are in mode negative ¿?. Images loaded from files and images on another client (IQView) are correct.
I have not made any changes to my PACS.
Best regards.
Javier
