Improvements and bug fixes:

* Preview images are generated for the DICOM MPEG2/4 files when the ffmpeg.exe file is present in the RadiAnt program folder.
* The pen (in tablets) can now be used to select all tools in the Volume Rendering window (the "only scalpel" mode can be enabled via the options.xml file).
* The PACS locations chosen for search are now restored when RadiAnt is reopened.
* Added support for small values in the ellipse and length measurements.
* Fixed: some custom keyboard shortcuts were not saved.

Any chance to have a paper print option with custom layout and logo?

This feature is planned some time later. Certainly not this year.
