Do you have any plans to run radiant as a service in the PACS server for continuously indexing studies and providing that for search queries from different studies instead of sending individual queries from the different workstations everytime we search?
I think that could speed up the search process on workstation pcs and provide consistent result across each pc. Thank you.

We don't have imminent plans to release a full features PACS server.
But you could use RadiAnt + local Orthanc instead.
