Where bottom left Т=5 but every step of L=±4. In what number should I believe ?

Well, both numbers are taken from the DICOM tags. Most probably this means that your slices overlap - they are 5mm thick but their centers are spaced 4mm apart. This is just my guess, cannot tell for sure without have a look at the tags.
