some PACS studies can not be accessed

Hello,

I've noticed that some PACS studies are retrieved and displayed without a problem, while some seem to timeout... I get a connecting and than warning and nothing happens.
Seems that when I try to open studies which have a "study description" tag defined they fail to load, and every study that has that tag unassigned it loads up fine...

any ideas what to do?

Did you check if this problem persists with the latest available version (2.2.8)?

RadiAnt DICOM Viewer 2020.1.1
built on April 29, 2020
