First post here, since I'm only discovering your amazing software today.
In fact, I spend my afternoon trying to get Horos working in a virtual machine since I don't own nor want to use a Mac ; with success, only to find out that the performance through the VM is poor to say the least...
The 3D-MPR is exactly what a good DICOM reader needs, and for structural heart interventions, you don't really need much. In fact, what the famous 3mensio does are just modifications of the 3D-MPR. That doesn't justify the insane cost of this software in my opinion.
One quick way to improve RadiANT would be to be able to draw the virtual basal ring of the aortic valve (which is the first step of TAVI planning, as for example in 3mensio).
I don't really know what it would take to implement, but I'm willing to help as much as I can !
For example, I found out an old Horos/Osirix plugin which still works to this day, but is no longer active.
There is still a link in their YouTube video description for downloading the tool (/watch?v=ac0rkw8fzZM).
Maybe this would be a starting point ?
I'm hoping to get this thread as active as possible, inputs from others cardiologists performing structural interventions or heart-specialized radiologist would be much appreciated !

I'm allowing myself to up this thread.
Center line and virtual basal ring would be an insane upgrade for your amazing software : the market is hugh, only 3mensio is able to do this on PC, and there are still a lot of doctors on Windows only !
