Transfer license win 7 to win 10

Good day. There is a license RadiAnt 4.0.3 Windows 7 32bit. How to transfer it to a new Windows 10 64bit computer? Exported registry keys HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ Software \ Medixant did not help.

The activation code is tied to a specific hardware ID. So if you install a license on a new computer, you need to deactivate the old PC and then you can activate your new PC.
