Volume Rendering + Structured Reports - new 2.7.1 beta

A few improvements to the Volume Rendering feature:

- Press 1-6 to apply standard views (front, back, left, right, top, bottom)
- Added display of directions in the VR window

Plus a new feature - support for the SR modality (Structured Reporting documents) is finally here.

regarding 1-6 stardard views I have noticed that numpad keys do not work, only regular number keys have effect.

I think that numpad should be enabled too since it would be more handy to use.
