is it possible to manually adjust window and level ?

Hi,

if by manually you mean adjusting it with mouse movements - yes, it's possible. You just have to select window tool icon (black and white rectagles) by clicking left or right mouse button over it and then dragging mouse over the image having left or right mouse button pressed (depending on which button was used for tool selection).
