I suggest implementing a "zoom tool": a kind of magnifying window that can be called (for example) by pressing the left and right mouse button.

Carlo, yes the magnifier tool is still on our to-do list. It can take some time, however. And no specific date can be given right now.
Currently you can quickly zoom in and out using right mouse button. If it helps you, you can split the screen, keep zoomed out image in one panel and zoom in for details in the second panel.

Thanks! The magnifier tool can be very useful in OPT to search dental caries spots.
You can implement also the use of more than one mouse button at the same time to select the tools (for example left+right mouse for the measurement tool)!
