RadiAnt DICOM Viewer can read DICOM files containing video and audio compressed with either MPEG2 or MPEG4 codecs:

They are opened using an external media player. Not all formats can be played using the default Windows media player, hence VLC media player (http://www.videolan.org/vlc/), which can play all video formats, is recommended.
Press Enter or double click the panel with the video document to open it in the external media player.
The preview images of video files can be displayed in the series preview pane and in the viewport with the help of the FFMPEG tool.
Just download the static build from https://ffmpeg.zeranoe.com/builds/ and copy the ffmpeg.exe file to the RadiAnt DICOM Viewer program folder (the location where the RadiAntViewer.exe file was installed).
