I did not receive the licensing information / I lost my product delivery email. How can I get my serial number?
Your license code (serial number) should be delivered within minutes from the moment your payment was confirmed. If for some reason you did not receive the delivery email or can no longer access it, you can always check your licensing information through
My Licenses account.
1) Sign in to
My Licenses account using the email entered when purchasing the license. The access code will be delivered to your mailbox within a minute.
2) After successful login, the serial number will be displayed along with other licensing information.
3) Use your serial number to
activate RadiAnt DICOM Viewer on your computer(s).
